Job summary

Ardán, Inc., A Community of Companies is seeking a Talent & Onboarding Partner to lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR efficiency. You will manage requisitions, craft job postings, screen candidates, and drive diverse talent pipelines through tools like UKG Recruiting and other channels.

You’ll advise managers on interviewing, extend offers, and handle onboarding and compliance tasks. You will also coordinate background checks, assessments, and HRIS updates while promoting a positive culture and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR-related experience or training.
• Experience in corporate/in-house recruiting.
• Knowledge of federal employment laws and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to analyze, integrate, and report data.

Responsibilities

• Administer requisition process and collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions.
• Create postings in UKG HRIS and develop recruiting strategies based on role and needs.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations with feedback.
• Develop external candidate sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines.
• Advise managers on interviewing practices and fit for roles and values.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
• Manage new hire documents and onboarding processes.
• Provide candidate assessments and background screenings.
• Leverage analytics to report recruitment metrics to leadership.
• Assist with personnel changes and HRIS updates as requested.
• Maintain employee files and perform periodic audits.
• Coordinate contractor and temporary worker processes.
• Promote employee involvement and morale with programs.
• Organize company events and onboarding for new hires.
