Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Human Resources Representative in Walton, KY to support employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and compensation processes for hourly staff. The role involves on-site collaboration with associates on the warehouse floor, training, onboarding, and ensuring policy adherence.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years HR experience, a HS diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and proficiency in MS Office along with Workday and Kronos as a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or GED; bachelor preferred.
• 2–5 years HR experience; union-avoidance preferred.
• Proficient MS Office; strong communication and relationship skills.
• Experience with Workday and Kronos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Employee relations: Investigates and advises on resolutions, building relationships with associates.
• Recruiting support for hourly staff in collaboration with site recruiter.
• Benefits support during enrollment processes and serve as local resource.
• Administers pay and time/attendance per guidelines and ensures timely processing.
• Onboarding and training of new associates; policy and procedure training.
• Coaching and counseling for hourly and management associates.
• Assist in implementing facility and company objectives through HR processes.
