Hosokawa Micron Powder Systems seeks a Talent Acquisition and Employee Development Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs, deliver a positive candidate and new-hire experience, and support growth through training and engagement programs.

You will manage the talent acquisition budget, coordinate background checks and pre-employment steps, and contribute to OFCCP reporting and compensation

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Sociology, or related field.
• 5+ years recruiting, onboarding, employee development, or related experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting with various interview and evaluation methods.
• Experience using LinkedIn recruiting tools to source candidates.
• 10+ years experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Experience documenting processes and keeping up with recruiting practices and trends.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and help hiring managers make timely decisions.
• Manage the talent acquisition budget for job boards, sourcing tools, events, and agencies.
• Partner with HR and managers to identify training needs and support career growth and retention.
• Support OFCCP reporting and outreach, including recruitment activity documentation.
• Contribute to compensation discussions with HR and managers about offers and pay concerns.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate background checks and other pre-employment steps.
• Oversee onboarding improvements and support HRIS systems like ADP WFN.
