Job summary

Jobgether is a remote-first company partnering with HR professionals to implement people programs and manage HR processes across APJ. The role focuses on data-driven HR, workforce analytics, and collaboration with HR Business Partners to drive strategic people initiatives.

The candidate will analyze workforce data to develop reports for senior leaders, coach managers on best practices, and coordinate annual people programs. Remote-first with occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HR experience in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to handle confidential information and use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.
