Joe & the Juice in Washington, DC seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring top performance across all areas. You will uphold market-specific laws, company policies, and hygiene standards while leading the team when the Manager is away.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership experience with team supervision and opening/closing duties.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure top performance across all areas.
• Coach and train team members, maintain open communication, and drive a high-engagement culture.
• Champion a guest-first mindset and build strong guest relationships within the local community.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in stock handling, inventory counts, and cost-of-goods-sold optimization.
• Support initiatives to drive sales growth and monitor KPIs to meet targets.
