You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires leadership, a strong sales mindset, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Travel to other Catalyst Brands locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in similar volume, apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to create action plans to grow the business.
• Understand product knowledge and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and loyalty.
• Develop team members to deliver a great customer experience.
• Oversee division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Ensure merchandising and operations standards are met consistently.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive growth.
• Remain composed and adapt to challenges and changes.
• Perform POS transactions and manage shifts in the Store Manager's absence.
