Job summary

Carter's Retail Inc. in Fresno, CA is seeking a Full-Time Sales Manager who will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome new parents and grandparents, introduce baby essentials, and guide them through our range from preemie to size 14.

You will lead a team on the sales floor, coach colleagues to deliver an omni-channel experience, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment while driving store performance with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide product guidance on styles, features and benefits.
• Lead and coach store team to deliver excellent service and inclusive environment.
• Ensure Omni-channel standards are met and drive sales performance.
• Maintain safety and loss-prevention practices on the floor.
• Support Leader on Duty responsibilities and respond to customer concerns promptly.
