You will lead a team, foster an inclusive environment, coach staff on product knowledge, and champion a customer-first approach that drives sales and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-focused and brand-aware.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficient computer skills including Outlook and Excel.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert across Carter’s brands to help families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers and explain product features and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Lead and coach team for omni‑channel service and store standards.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties, driving results and handling customer concerns promptly.
• Drive loyalty through company programs and build customer relationships.
