Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, evaluate, and retain management and associate talent.
• Recruit, select, and manage a diverse range of associates and leaders.
• Drive total store sales and profitability while maintaining brand standards.
• Lead a guest-centric culture and use feedback to improve guest experience.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory control, and signage compliance.
• Provide training and performance feedback to the team.
