You will lead a team, coach for high service standards, analyze store performance, and participate in staffing, training, and merchandising execution to drive results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Assist the Store Manager in building and retaining a successful team through recruiting, training and development.
• Plan, track, and report on tasks and financial results using company tools.
