Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-of-house staff and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a team-focused environment.

You will manage schedules, conduct pre-shift briefings, address guest inquiries, and uphold service standards while maintaining a welcoming dining room and collaborating with kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals. This role supports health, retirement, and paid time off programs.

Qualifications

• Server experience, supervisory experience preferred; must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor front-of-house staff including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and bussers.
• Coordinate work schedules and staffing levels for front-of-house to meet demand.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate objectives, menu updates, and promotions.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service.
• Monitor dining room activity and guest feedback; address issues promptly and empathetically.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere and maintain open communication with guests.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and safety regulations are followed.
• Inspect dining room, bar, and restrooms for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and collaborate with kitchen staff to address issues.
• Identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
