- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. AM & PM shifts. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor front‑of‑house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and bussers, providing training, guidance, and feedback.
- Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and priorities, ensuring adequate staffing for operational needs.
- Conduct pre‑shift meetings to communicate service objectives, menu updates, promotions, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service, responding professionally to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Monitor dining room activity and guest feedback, addressing issues with empathy and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and engaging throughout their dining experience.
- Enforce service standards, operating procedures, and safety and sanitation regulations consistently.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining room, bar, and restrooms for cleanliness and maintenance, taking corrective action as needed.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portioning; collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to resolve discrepancies.
- Track sales performance, guest counts, and average check amounts; identify upselling and suggestive‑selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales, attracting new customers, and enhancing guest experience through menu enhancements, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Skills Required
- Leadership, problem‑solving, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to share knowledge, teach tasks, and maintain high‑level customer service.
- Effective communication with guests and team members.
- Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and stay composed under pressure.
Experience & Education
- Server experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
