Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced food-service environments.
• Ability to coach and supervise staff to high standards.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Learns and supports our You First culture and core values.
• Puts supervisory skills to work to ensure daily operations run to plan and high standards.
• Understands our recipes must be followed and food safety is a priority.
• Knows restaurant sales goals and works to exceed them.
• Coaches and observes the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table.
• Responds with urgency to customer and employee concerns.
• Manages repair and maintenance issues and ownership.
• Keeps assets secure, including POS and equipment.
• Trains and develops team members daily.
• Accounts for daily revenues and deposits.
• Completes admin duties and paperwork on time.
