Responsibilities

• Maintains daily operations with high standards
• Ensures recipes are followed and food safety is observed.
• Works to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals.
• Coaches staff on the First Watch Five Steps of Service.
• Implements the 10 Commandments into daily actions.
• Responds promptly to customer and employee concerns.
• Maintains repair/maintenance issue ownership and resolution.
• Keeps company assets secure (POS, equipment).
• Trains and develops team members daily; recognizes exceptional performance.
