Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a seasoned front-of-house leader to oversee operations in a high-volume, guest-first environment in the United States. You will champion hospitality, mentor a team, and deliver a phenomenal guest experience.

You will manage labor, forecast demand, control portions, and drive sales while upholding CPK's ROCKS culture. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Exceptional leadership, ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Passionate about execution, hospitality and service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a phenomenal guest experience.
• Lead and inspire the team with a people-first mindset to uphold CPK's culture.
• Build a team around hospitality and culinary execution and develop top talent.
• Drive sales, profitability and guest counts.
• Manage the P&L for the restaurant.
• Forecast labor, control expenses, and manage budgets.
• Communicate effectively with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management.
• Maintain sanitation and a safe, healthy work environment.
