Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Clarksburg, MD is seeking an experienced Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach a team, and ensure outstanding service. You will work with other leaders to drive sales, manage inventory and costs, and maintain hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee restaurant operations, including kitchen execution, guest service, and shift leadership.
Manage and coach teams of 10 or more to achieve excellence in food quality, speed, hospitality, and cleanliness.
Lead and support opening or closing shifts while ensuring smooth handoffs and team alignment.
Train and develop team leaders and team members through consistent feedback and coaching.
Monitor labor, food costs, and inventory to support sustainable growth.
Enforce high standards of appearance, timeliness, and professionalism.
Collaborate with directors to set goals, analyze performance, and celebrate wins.
Represent Chick‑fil‑A’s values in the restaurant and in the community.
