Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams in restaurant, hotel, or catering environments.
• Strong track record of results in operations, team leadership, and customer service.
• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced work with a calm and solution-focused mindset.
• Natural leader who coaches, holds high standards, and leads by example.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Commitment to developing others and delivering excellent hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, including kitchen execution, guest service, and shift leadership.
• Manage and coach teams of 10 or more to achieve excellence in food quality, speed, hospitality, and cleanliness.
• Lead and support opening or closing shifts while ensuring smooth handoffs and team alignment.
• Train and develop team leaders and team members through consistent feedback and coaching.
• Monitor labor, food costs, and inventory to support sustainable growth.
• Enforce high standards of appearance, timeliness, and professionalism.
• Collaborate with directors to set goals, analyze performance, and celebrate wins.
