LawLers Barbecue in North Alabama is seeking team members to support our growing restaurant network. You will contribute to fast-paced service, help keep the dining area clean, and assist in food prep and drive-thru tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong passion for teamwork and customer service.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, and oversight of new team members.
• Create, monitor, and maintain team members scheduling to ensure coverage.
