City Barbeque is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations in Alabama. You will lead shift teams, support the General Manager, and take ownership of multiple management tasks to drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training future leaders, making staffing decisions, creating schedules, handling payroll and inventory, and communicating changes to the team. Eligible employees receive benefits after the waiting period.

Qualifications

• Restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit and train leaders.
• Strong scheduling and payroll knowledge.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and support the General Manager.

• Recruit and train next generation of leaders.
