Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend people leadership with store operations and to deliver outstanding guest and employee experiences. You will run front- and back-of-house duties with home office support, helping sustain Cracker Barrel’s warm hospitality across the team.

Applicants should have 2+ years of restaurant management, be able to work five 10-hour shifts per week, be available on holidays and weekends, hold a valid driver’s license, and be fluent in

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Must be fluent in English
