Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager who will combine people leadership with restaurant operations to deliver great guest and team experiences while driving results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Willing to work five 10-hour shifts per week (50 hours).
• Willing to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• Caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
