Job summary

Cracker Barrel in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager who will lead front- and back-of-house teams to deliver outstanding guest and employee experiences while driving store results. You’ll require 2+ years of restaurant management, the ability to work five 10-hour shifts weekly, weekends/holidays, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
• Lead and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with home office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Drive business results while maintaining Cracker Barrel hospitality.
