Shake Shack in Daytona Beach is seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive hospitality standards, and coach a diverse team. You will oversee budgeting, inventory, and safety while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume setting.

The role focuses on developing people, achieving financial targets, and promoting the brand through local events and community engagement.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams.
• Strong knowledge of P&L and financial aspects of restaurant operations.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling and health/safety compliance.
