Job summary

Jimmy John’s Atlas Franchise seeks a General Manager to lead one of our locations to success. You’ll oversee hiring, training, operations and guest experience, acting as the hero of daily performance and positivity.

You’ll drive financial success, manage inventory and labor, uphold safety standards, and partner with the District Manager in monthly GM meetings. This is a full-time role with a strong culture emphasis.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 1.5+ years of store management experience (food industry preferred).
• Great coach and a team builder.
• Able to resolve customer and team issues confidently and professionally.
• Energetic, outgoing, coachable and enthusiastic.
• Strong computer skills and tech comfort.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with urgency and attention to detail.
• Hire, train, and develop high-performing team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs.
• Maintain food safety, workplace safety, and equipment upkeep.
• Drive store performance and financial success.
• Collaborate with District Manager and attend GM meetings.
• Host weekly team meetings to build store culture.
