Job summary

Hi-Pointe Drive-In in St. Louis is seeking a General Manager who can lead a high-energy team, uphold our people-first culture, and deliver flawless food and service.

You’ll be responsible for profitability while developing the team and maintaining a thriving operation. You will hire, train, and coach managers and hourly staff, set sales and quality standards with ownership, manage labor costs and food costs, and ensure safety with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant experience.
• 1-3 years in a management or supervisory role preferred.
• Serv Safe Certification.
• Hepatitis A vaccination record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a best-in-class team through hiring, training, and development.
• Serve as ambassador of Hi-Pointe Drive-In and protect the Hi-Pointe brand.
• Work with ownership to set Sales & Profitability goals.
• Full accountability for Profit and Loss management.
• Operational excellence and flawless shift execution.
• Work with shift leaders to develop them into strong leaders.
• Manage restaurant labor costs including weekly scheduling.
• Maintain food cost controls through inventory, ordering, and portion control.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Adhere to local and state food safety requirements and prioritize team safety.
• Streamline kitchen processes to maintain fast-casual ticket times.
• Create and maintain a positive culture where people want to work.
