Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant experience
• 1–3 years in a management or supervisory role in restaurant or retail/hospitality

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a best-in-class management and hourly team
• Serve as ambassador of Hi-Pointe Drive-In and strengthen the Hi-Pointe brand
• Collaborate with ownership to set sales and profitability goals
• Own profitability with full P&L accountability
• Maintain operational excellence and flawless shift execution
• Manage labor costs through weekly scheduling
• Maintain food cost standards via inventory, ordering and portion control
• Foster relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Ensure adherence to all safety and food handling standards
• Uphold company standards for personal hygiene and appearance
• Support community events and brand initiatives

Education
