Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience required; 1–2 years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or retail/hospitality setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Hepatitis A vaccination record required.

Responsibilities

• Build a best-in-class team through hiring, training, and developing the management and hourly staff.
• Serve as an ambassador of Hi-Pointe and uphold the Hi-Pointe brand.
• Work with ownership to set sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain operational excellence and flawless shift execution.
• Manage restaurant labor costs via weekly scheduling.
• Maintain food cost standards through inventory, ordering, and portion control.
