Qualifications

• 5+ years restaurant experience with leadership exposure.
• Serv Safe Certification or equivalent food safety training.
• Commitment to people-first culture and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a best-in-class team through hiring, training, and coaching.
• Serve as ambassador of Hi-Pointe and uphold brand standards.
• Drive operational excellence with flawless shift execution.
• Collaborate with shift leaders to improve leadership and shift autonomy.
• Manage labor costs with smart scheduling.
• Maintain food cost standards via inventory and portion control.
• Foster strong supplier relationships and quality products.
• Ensure compliance with local safety and sanitation regulations.
• Streamline kitchen processes to sustain fast casual service times.
• Create a positive culture that motivates staff to excel.
