Rackson Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at our Princeton, NJ site. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction while driving sales growth.

The role requires 50+ hours weekly, strong leadership, and P&L experience. A high school diploma or equivalent restaurant management background is expected, with English fluency; Spanish helps.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Communication in English required; Spanish helpful.
• Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer/POS skills.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager/General Manager with P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains restaurant-level employees, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Manages staffing levels, recruits talent, and develops internal candidates for management positions.
• Analyzes operational and financial performance and implements action plans for sales growth.
• Ensures cash handling procedures are followed and budget goals are met.
• Coordinates restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and administrative duties.
