Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, people, and integrity. You will supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, ensuring staffing, training, and performance meet the business plan and standards.

The role requires 3-5 years in fast‑food leadership, strong financial acumen, and a track record of driving service quality.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/analytical aptitude for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed with POP and menu boards.
• Train Team Members and ensure proper staffing and operations.
• Open and run the restaurant during business hours as defined by leadership.
• Provide leadership to motivate staff and align with company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment with approved vendors.
• Demonstrate strong operational knowledge across all restaurant functions.
• Lead and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and coordinate with District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
