Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Training team members on company processes and policies.
• Experience with scheduling and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute quality product and customer service.
• Assist manager with HR activities including scheduling and feedback.
• Maintain product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage inventory levels and ordering system.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to complaints.
• Support marketing events and promotions to increase store sales.
• Oversee weekly KPIs and profitability, and store security procedures.
