• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, or help desk software is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary day-to-day IT resource supporting employees across dealerships and corporate offices.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee technology questions and support requests.
• Troubleshoot Windows PCs, laptops, monitors, peripherals, and common software issues.
• Assist employees with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Resolve issues in person, over the phone, and through remote support.
