The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR, strong communication, and discretion in handling confidential information, with proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. This is a full-time role in TX.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of HR experience or related field.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, postings, screening, interviews, and background checks.
• Prepare and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave, and other matters.
• Assist with benefits administration and serve as a point of contact for providers.
• Support performance management processes and documentation.
