Tessera is a national leader in inclusive employment and workforce development. We are hiring a Human Resources Partner in Bremerton, WA, for a full-time, non-exempt role with a 7:30 am – 4:00 pm schedule and occasional site travel.

You will lead employee relations, training, labor relations, and compliance with FMLA, ADA, and state/local leave laws, using Workday to maintain records. A Bachelor's in HR and 3–5 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources required.
• 3–5 years of HR, Employee Relations, Social Services, Education, or Disability Support Services experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR policy required.

Responsibilities

• HR lead in support of Cross Functional Team under Regional VP.
• Handle employee relations, training, and employment-law support.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, and local leave laws.
• Maintain personnel records and reports in Workday; process status changes.
• Assist with union negotiations and wage/hour policy implementation.
• Provide professional customer service and build relationships with employees and stakeholders.
