Job summary

Tessera in Bremerton, WA is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to manage Tessera's safety program across sites, maintain incident data in Workday and Power BI, and support audits and training.

You will oversee monthly safety meetings, Green Table reviews, and document training records, while collaborating with site leadership and the EHS Director. A strong data focus, MS Office and Power BI skills, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Safety, Environmental, or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of previous experience in Safety or Environmental fields is required.
• Strong data management and data analysis skills; MS Office and Power BI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Tessera's safety program across all sites and locations.
• Maintain safety incident reporting in Workday and create injury dashboards.
• Support compliance audits, training records, and quarterly safety reviews.
• Prepare safety summaries for Green Table reviews and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with site leadership and EHS Director; manage monthly safety meetings.
