Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate HR policies, procedures, and laws to employees and management.
• Manage HRIS data entry, reporting, and confidentiality in Workday.
• Support compliance with Federal and State regulations and labor contracts.
• Handle leave coordination, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
