Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR for up to 3 operating entities in Kansas City, MO and McPherson, KS. You will partner with business leaders to drive talent management, performance, and change initiatives while ensuring fair labor relations across sites.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in HR; master’s degree and union-relations experience are strongly preferred. Relocation support and competitive benefits are offered; travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• 3+ years of experience in a variety of HR positions, staff and client based.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and labor relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as active business partner for multiple operating entities and provide full HR support.
• Develop human resource plans, drive change management, and assist with recruiting and restructuring as needed.
• Oversee labor relations and align with Supply Chain HR strategy; coach HR Generalist and advise leadership.
