Responsibilities

• Employee relations and HR policy guidance for employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate records in HRIS and personnel files; manage transfers and separations.
• Administer benefits enrollments, leaves, and return-to-work coordination.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws; support audits.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation processes and incident reporting.
• Support performance management, training, and employee development.
• Contribute to employee engagement and HR process improvements.
