White Lodging is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Austin, TX to support associates and maintain confidential HR records. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, and benefits guidance while fostering a positive workplace culture across our premium-brand hotels.

The role emphasizes service, policy knowledge, and collaboration with HR leaders; a Bachelor’s in HR/Business is preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS a plus.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings, interviewing, onboarding paperwork, and new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute associate recognition and engagement events to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain the HRIS and ensure confidentiality of all employment records and hotel-related information.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for associates on benefit programs and HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR team members and leaders as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
