Quail Valley Golf Club is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead our HR function and align people strategy with club goals. You will partner with operations to balance administrative duties with high visibility across departments and staff.

The role emphasizes trust-building, motivation, listening, and barrier-removal as you develop a cohesive team and drive performance. This hands-on leader will manage policy, onboarding, payroll, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and duties.
• Maintain and update employee records, digital and hard copies.
• Support recruitment: postings, interviews, screenings.
• Assist onboarding and orientation coordination.
• Provide payroll and benefits administration support.
• Organize training sessions and HR events.
