The Acuity Eye Group is seeking a Practice Manager in Blaine, MN to oversee location operations and lead a people-first team. You will coach, mentor, and manage performance while ensuring professional eye exams, medical services, quality product selection, and acceptance of vision insurance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of leadership experience, a business degree in hospitality or related field, and strong communication skills; optician certification is preferred.

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in management within hospitality, business, or related field.
