Job summary

You will greet customers, process transactions, and assist with product inquiries, while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and adherence to store policies.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, scanning items, handling various payment methods, and maintaining a clean, safe checkout area.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Basic math ability (counting, addition, subtraction) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers at the check lane.
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Handle tender types per policy (cash, checks, credit/debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, coupons).
• Follow POS procedures and maintain accuracy in pricing and discounts.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and store policies; assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
