• Cosmetology license desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervise and plan associates’ daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales and KPIs.
• 30% People: train and develop teams, recruit when needed, coach, and maintain positive associate relations.
• 30% Operations: ensure execution of company processes and support digital strategies including Omni-channel fulfillment.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safety, asset protection, and inventory/cash controls; ensure HAZMAT training where applicable.
