Job summary

Burger King Houston franchise is seeking a hands-on supervisor to join our team at 7011 Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX 77087. You will lead and train staff, ensure high-quality guest experiences, and help us achieve business goals in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and coordinating with the General Manager to optimize service speed and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with guests and team

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders by putting people and restaurant first, not yourself.
• Create memorable experiences with service that makes guests want to return to Burger King.
• Balance high-quality employee and guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcome new team members and provide training for their roles.
• Lead inspiring team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for staff.
• Build shift supervisor capability and prepare them for advancement.
• Thank and celebrate the team’s successes.
• Coach brand service behaviors with training, observation and feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant environment.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards are met.
• Partner with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC standards.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and place product orders efficiently.
• Evaluate cost controls and adjust as needed.
• Monitor staffing levels and onboarding of new hires.
• Create and manage schedules and onboarding for new team members.
• Implement plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments
