idX Corporation is seeking a Safety & HR Specialist to partner with facility leadership on HR administration, safety programs, and regulatory compliance. The role drives employee engagement, safety training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement across manufacturing environments.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in safety and HR, strong OSHA knowledge, and excellent communication skills to foster a safe, compliant, and productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in safety and HR administration within manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR programs and employee relations activities.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Drive safety initiatives and OSHA compliance across facilities.
• Coordinate safety training, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Support workers' compensation matters and return-to-work processes.
