Action Behavior Centers is looking for a Teammate Experience Ambassador to support and engage with Teammates. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree, HR experience, and up to 75% travel to local centers in the DFW region.

You will partner with Teammates, implement HR strategies, and enhance the work environment while maintaining communication. The salary range is $45,000 - $50,000 annually, with numerous perks including PTO, student loan contributions, and 401K matching.

Competenze

• 1+ years of human resources experience including a leadership role.
• Candidate must be located in the DFW Fort Worth region.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to centers.

• Partner with all ABC Teammates to provide ongoing support.
• Responsible for Teammate attraction, engagement, and retention.
• Implement organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
• Respond to Teammate-relations inquiries in their territory.
