Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking a Teammate Experience Ambassador in the Chicago region. The role focuses on attracting, engaging and retaining teammates while partnering with therapists, operations managers, and leaders to drive the ABC value proposition.

The successful candidate will travel up to 75% to centers, support HR investigations and employee relations, and help implement progressive people strategies in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or related field.
• 1+ years of human resources experience including a leadership role pertaining to policies and compliance.
• Candidate must be located in the Chicago region.

Responsabilités

• Partner with all ABC Teammates to provide ongoing support, coaching and guidance on Teammate Experience.
• Responsible for Teammate attraction, engagement and retention and meeting KPIs in their region.
• Travel up to 75% to centers and provide center-based interventions with leadership.
