Job summary

El Car Wash in Florida seeks a seasoned People Partner to guide Operations leaders on employee relations, coaching, and talent development across multiple sites. You’ll partner with leadership to ensure fair, compliant practices and a healthy culture while driving business outcomes.

In this role you’ll lead workforce planning, succession conversations, and proactive coaching, using data-driven insights to support hiring and retention in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, or HR/people business partnership.
• Strong judgment in handling sensitive workplace matters with discretion.
• Ability to coach and influence leaders with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Experience supporting frontline or multi-site leadership roles - a plus, but we'll develop the right fit

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with market leaders and align with People Experience leadership.
• Advise on performance management, coaching, and policy interpretation.
• Provide proactive coaching to strengthen leadership and reduce risk.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, promotions, succession.
• Monitor market-level people metrics to guide conversations and planning.
• Support recruitment for frontline leadership roles with compliant processes.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and leave in partnership with HR ops.
