Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company is hiring a People Business Associate at the Topeka, KS Hills Pet Nutrition Plant to drive talent acquisition, capability building and employee engagement. You will serve as the primary people contact for employees and managers, delivering HR programs locally and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years HR experience, with preferred exposure to manufacturing and FMCG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of human resources experience in a relevant field.
• CPG or FMCG exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive capability-building initiatives by partnering with leadership to implement training plans.
• Deliver onboarding and engagement programs to align new hires with Colgate’s culture.
• Provide frontline employee relations support and ensure a fair, inclusive work environment.
• Manage recruitment lifecycle for frontline roles and apprentices using ATS.
