Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR, administrative, or related experience.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates employee experience services including onboarding and regulatory compliance.
• Leads HR programs and local initiatives such as employee engagement and new hire orientation.
• Supports hiring managers with interview preparation and serves as a liaison for candidate and new hire experience components.
• Tracks compliance with performance management processes and supports compensation and benefits programs.
• Acts as a change agent for HR operating model and HR technology systems.
